Mostly great service, but for people like me who have been to a place multiple times, would like to be able to suggest alternative accommodations that I have previously enjoyed. Would use the service again, and recommend to friends.

Travelonlne.com makes booking a holiday so easy, I would definitely book with them again. I had nil issues from first contact ,information & vouchers were forwarded very quickly, confimation and additional information arrived prior to leaving with nil need to chase anything up. One query I did have via telephone
was answered very efficiently and friendly
and we encountered no issues at all
once arriving in Fiji.

Easy online booking process and prompt response to email queries.
Would recommend.

It was easy to book our holiday and contact was good. I had a concern about not receiving our vouchers and when I emailed, another consultant emailed them within an hour of emailing the company. Would definitely go again with the company which was recommended to us by our daughter.

I had a very positive experience with travel online. I was trying to book a holiday at the last minute and the consultant, Holly Segon, provided excellent service. She was professional, helpful and prompt responding to my requests. I found all the bookings throughout the holiday went smoothly. I would have no hesitation in using travel online again, and recommending it to other people.

I am very impressed with the service provided by Travel Online and would certainly book through them again them to one and all. Their service was most helpful and friendly and nothing was too much bother for them. Only complaint is the difficulty you can have in actually speaking to your particular consultant. When you ring any consultant can answer and whilst they are most happy to assist with your enquiry, there is not the opportunity given for you to request to speak with the consultant who started things off for you. I think I spoke to my consultant, Cecilia on 3 occasions over a 9 months period. I might add that this in no way detracted from the service they provided.
On another note I would like to make mention of the excellent service provided by My Phuket Tours whilst we were in Phuket. They too did an excellent job with friendly staff who certainly made our stay less stressful.
