Very professional and fast. Kept up to date with any changes. I also loved that you get all you paperwork and dockets as soon as you pay and not 4 to 6 weeks before departure like other travel agencis.

Efficient and so easy. We received a great rate for our accommodation. Very pleased.

This was a terrific package and overall value was great. The island was fabulous and our one bedroom unit outstanding. We were pleased we paid a little extra for the one bedroom unit. The only gripe, and a small one at that, was that we were unable to access our flight bookings online to print boarding passes. But Jetstar were great, baggage drop was excellent in Cairns on return and Jetstar staff helpful and pleasant. Overall our experience was terrific ... Thank you Travelonline for once again helping us with our holidays.
