Great on-line and after booking service. Loved the complimentary 2 hour Thai Massage offered by Travelonline .... highlight of our stay at the Merlin Beach Hotel. Yes would recommend to friends and also book with Travelonline in the future.

I was pleased to be able to pay with bank transfer. I thought the hotel deal was great as it included breakfast and was of the few deals which proved cheaper to stay as a single than as a couple. Quotes and enquiries were dealt with efficiently.

Service provided was excellent, communications, bookings and ticketing were answered, confirmed and supplied promptly. The package price and content met all our needs, the airport transfer drivers were punctual and helpful. The massage package was pampering plus. I would book with you and recommend you to others.
