This was my first time using an online travel agent. I must admit I was nervous but in the end there was nothing to be nervous about. Everything was smooth, our transfer company TTF and accommodation Radisson Blu knew we were coming and were expecting us. On top of this, Travel Online kept us informed and made contact with us right up until we left. I found the website very informative and if I could not find an answer on the website I was able to contact them via phone to have my questions answered. Overall, I was very happy with the service from Travel Online. I would not hesitate to rebook our next holiday through them and highly recommend Travel Online to my family and friends.
