ok service. had to call a few times regarding different things. not horrible to deal with, but not outstanding. we booked with travelonline to get the all inclusive package.

This is an efficient way to book travel. The prices are reasonable. We have booked with you previously and we will again. We have recommended your website to others. Very happy with the service.

I definately found the service provided by Michelle and travel online to be fantastic. The ability to book your entire holiday including transfers, insurance and flights is so convenient. I would definately use this website again to book a good deal.

My sister and I were pleased with the service provided by TravelOnline Holidays. The booking was confirmed within 24 hours as stated, then all of the flight and hotel information was promptly e-mailed to us. We especially enjoyed the bonus "On the Edge" twilight sail on the cataramaran.

Service was great. All questions answered promptly. Everything went smoothly. Not sure if we could of got the extras a bit cheaper ourselves but being new to Bali happy to go with everything planned and paid for.

The service was great and accommodation was value for money and cheaper than any other site. Documents were sent in a timely manner with reminders on when the final payment was to be made

Yes, I had a lot of confidence in you guys! At first I wasn't sure if
the 'friendly factor' was shining through but that thought changed after I tested you to the limits by changing my dates a few times & there was still a nice tone on the phone!
