Great service, prompt replies to all queries. Follow-up service fantastic unlike other online companies who just take your money and run.

The online service was excellent. Emails were replied to and everything worked well on our travel and our stay.

This was a fabulous experience, everything was simple and the staff professional. Follow up emails were prompt and there was no fuss at all. The website was easy to use and helped me to find all the information I needed in the same place.

Joanna was fantastic - she was extremely efficient and helpful throughout our holiday research/booking experience. The Travel Online process/website/offerings/packages were also impressive - I was sceptical at first as to the 'value add' of such services, but will be recommending Travel Online/Joanna in the future and hope to be using their services again soon.
