Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip about 4 hours before check-in time but Joanna and the rest of the staff looked after us and ensured we did not lose all of our booking credit even though the cancellation was at such late notice.
We will definitely be using Travelonline for our future travel plans

The service from Travel Online was professional, courteous and fast throughout the whole process. Holly was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Even through the dramas of having to re-organise our travel arrangements due to a cyclone passing through the area a couple of weeks before we travelled, Holly made the necessary re-arrangements and kept us fully informed at all times. We would definitely use Travel Online again for our future holidays.

Clare was AMAZING! 5 stars. We had to re-arrange our trip to Fiji due to cyclone Winston and she went above and beyond the call of duty to get things sorted for us in basically a day. Given communication in Fiji was limited - she kept going and managed to get through to re-book our accommodation and flights at no extra charge to us. Much appreciated!
