Great service and value would definitely use again

Great, easy booking. Any questions I had were answered straight away and I appreciated being told about the upcoming tax increase in Fiji prior to our booking being paid in full. This allowed us to pay off the balance and therefore avoid the increase when it came in. Thanks Cecilia and everyone else at TravelOnline for a stress free booking.

The deals and rates on the web site not being "live" for booking was a little irksome. However everything that came after that more than made up for it. I have had a terrible experience with a travel agent previously so I was hesitant to use this service however I was impressed with their professional, helpful, reliable and prompt service and would definitely book through travel online again. Compared to a traditional travel agent this service offers great value, flexibility and effective communication.

Great service and good response times to email queries.

We were heading to Fiji just after a recent cyclone, the contact centre were amazing and answered all our questions and put us at ease A++

Service from start to finish was great. All documents were received with out an issue. On arrival in phuket transfers to and from the airport could not fault. Would definitely use travel on line again and would recommend to others.

First time using Travel Online and am extremely happy with the service . No need to worry about a thing as everything was taken care of by Joanna .

All components of booking went smoothly, prompt response on enquiries etc, would recommend to friends.

The service we received from Travel Online - Fusion was great. Everything we were promised happened. A consultant arrived to speak to us the very next morning after we arrived, booked transport back to the airport for us and also transport to some activities we chose to do. The driver's we had were both lovely. The were so good at communicating with us - even with a language barrier, they taught us so much on the tips around the island. I cannot in anyway fault the trip as it was organised and I believe it was really good value for money - we would book through Travel Online again definitely. We have always booked everything ourselves separately in the past but this has converted us. Thank you.
