I am so grateful for you girls at travel online, in particular, Fiona, Kimberley and especially Hollie. When we got stuck in Fiji due to TC Winston it was such an awful experience, we were travelling with a 4yr old and I am 6.5mths pregnant, Hollie worked tirelessly all day Saturday to help us out and get us on the next available flight out of Nadi. She saved me hundreds of dollars by sitting on hold to Virgin for me. I can not tell you how much all their support and helpfulness made us feel rest assured that we were going to be able to get home. We have never booked through a travel agency before and I can tell you after this amazing experience we have had with travel online we will book every holiday through you guys from now on (if we decide to ever go away again!) Again, a massive thank you to all the girls that contributed to helping us get home as quick as possible from such s horrific experience. Thanks. Amy

Overall a pleasurable experience. The circumstances with Bali ashcloud and last minute cancellations were stressful and frustrating for everyone concerned but we got there.

Great staff, service, location, food, environment.

Everything was great, no problems and everything organised and ran smoothly, only thing that would of been nice was a direct flight home (Hamilton Is to Sydney) as our luggage didn't make our connecting flight

Service was great by all involved. We especially appreciated how quickly staff sorted alternative flights after Virgin suspended flights from Vanuatu. Everything went very smoothly and Hideaway resort was beautiful.
