Brilliant from initial contact to the follow through on our return. Alyssa (and the other ladies) were extremely accommodating with my changes before I finally decided on an option. All bookings went smoothly during our stay. Alyssa and others were a godsend when our flight home was cancelled due to cyclone zena. Alyssa rebooked our flight, accommodation and transfers quickly and then liaised with my partner in Australia do take payment. All this while I had intermittent internet due to the cyclone. Alyssa has also followed up a letter from virgin confirming our cancelled flight so I can claim insurance. I have recommended travel online to others and will continue to use them for my travels. Thank you for a stress free holiday despite cyclones!!

I decided to use travel online to book an overseas trip to Bali. I was a bit sceptical but found it so easy to use. All communication was done via email. We have flown there and back and had 10 days in Bali with not one hassle or error with the booking. Great staff and definitely will be recommended to family and friends.

Your service was very user friendly. The inclusion of the "On The Edge Twilight Sail" was good value - and it was a beautiful sail! Yes, we would use your services again - all queries were answered promptly and payment options were easy to use. Could find no fault!
