I am so glad that I've used TRAVELONLINE for my special holiday to Bali. Joanna and her team were wonderful and accessible all the time. Even recent trouble with Vulcan ashes over Bali and a need for cancellation and rescheduled flights didn't spoil my precious holiday - of course because of Joanna' ability to fix the things and to calm me down. Thank you very much Joanna and we will definitely choose you again.

Our accommodation was awesome as was The Sheraton - a beautiful place to stay.

Great service from Clare. I was a bit hesitant at first to book through Travel Online as I'd never heard of them before but they are very prompt and saved us a lot of money. I booked half our holiday through them and the other half Expedia and saved $20000. The best Escape Travel and Flight Centre could do was $40000 so managed to get it for half the price. Clare was even able to arrange a refund when one person dropped out. Thanks Clare.

My opinion on travelonline is all good. This was my first time at booking a holiday online and I have to admit it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Whenever I had a query or a problem, I just rang up and whoever I spoke to was able to sort out the problem straight away. I found the service very accomodating and would book again through travelonline. I would also recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for the service.

First time booking online so was slightly anxious, as going to Bali during volcanic ash flight disturbances, but holiday was great. No problems at all. Was pleased when I phoned with a question and spoke to lovely ladies in Brisbane not some call centre type of business. Will book through travel online again.
