Travelonline customer service was of high standards. Nothing I had requested or asked about was of any trouble, with replies very very prompt. Holiday package purchased (Ramada Bintang Resort Bali) was very good & up front with no hidden surprisers. A very big thank you to Amy for all she had done for us. Your service was great, quick to reply to questions. Everything went smoothly when we arrived. The only thing I would say is to let your clients know that they have to book a buggy at an extra cost to get around the island.

The service that we received from Holly Segon and the staff at Travelonline was absolutely wonderful.

I was so impressed by the ease in which our holiday was arranged, all details covered (it was quite a "fiddly" situation that we had with part of our group returning at different times etc) and every arm of the trip was booked and ready for us without incident.

Although all done online, we were still well supported by Holly and received calls to update on plane delays and information that could help us - and this sort of support wasn't expected but greatly appreciated!

I will use Travelonline for any further travel arrangements and this is because I now have the confidence to do so, even without meeting anyone face to face, after experiencing such great service.

I was a bit unsure about the quality of service I was going to receive with this website but after an easy booking and payment system I will definitely use this website again. I did have questions and they were able to answer them extremely quickly.
After coming back from the holiday, I am able to realise the ease of the process with flights, transfer and other bookings. It was a very smooth transfer from the airport to the resort which we were very happy with as the flight landed very early. The overall experience was a stress free one and I will recommend it to others.
