Was very happy with the service given to us by Holly. We changed our minds a couple of times about dates etc but this was no hassle to her. Every thing we asked about, she had an answer or would find one for us.

TravelOneline was very easy and efficient to use. Lisa our consultant was very prompt with all our questions and changes to our group booking. I found it a good way of saving time in the process of looking for holidays and the personal service and follow up of details and our requests great. Very helpful staff! What I love about TravelOnline also is that I pay upfront, in advance, for my holiday accommodation. Then all I have to think about is spending money. Definitely would book again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Questions answered quickly and very thorough service

We had a few problems but (being our first time in Fiji), we realise now 'Fiji Time' is very ambiguous. It was a wonderful place to holiday in once you could let go of things not always going as planned, no matter the detail....

We were very impressed with how easy it was to book our holiday with travel online. Our travel consultant Holly was available to answer any questions we had and was very prompt with returning emails and kept us up to date with our travel arrangements. All transfers were organised and the holiday went smoothly from beginning to end. TravelOnline offered great deals and are very competitive with their pricing, we would definitely book a holiday through them again.

Only feedback is that we did not have return seats booked. I missed this initially and only noticed when checking in online for the outbound trip.

The service and the staff at the resort were fantastic. Beautiful place. Accomodation was comfortable and clean and we were happy with it. The only thing would be that it requires some maintenance on appliances as air conditioning upstairs was a little noisy, however this was only a small thing.

Locked in a holiday after 3 years. We were very nervous being our first time to Fiji.
The enquiries we had were resolved within minutes either by travelonline personnel via phone or email all within the minutes or at best an hour from contact. Great service, recommended this site to anyone looking for a great holiday! And let's not forget the easy to use application. It does all the work for you
