I was also happy with the quick response to my enquiry. We had confirmation of our reservation within 24 hours...impressive. I liked that you had been in touch leading up to our departure via email but not too overwhelming. We were very impressed to receive a phone call from Natalie after she found our tradnfer from Port Denarau to Vomo had been cancelled due to the bad weather system. She offered to organise an alternative transport but we already made the arrangement ourselves with the hotel & she offered us a refund.

It was all handled very efficiently. I loved the booking process - it was very easy to use and easy to consider the various options available for flights. accommodation, transfers, etc. My e-mails were answered promptly and the amendments I required were handled quickly and efficiently. My husband was a little hesitant to book through TravelOnline but would have no reservations in the future! I would definitely recommend it to friends.
