Travel online is an easy and secure booking service. Everything they promised was delivered. It's great value for money and they really do source the best deals for all your travel needs. In my holiday deal we received breakfast daily, 1 free lunch for 2 that was delicious and a big portion size, 1 free dinner for 2 that was amazing it included entree, main and dessert and then to top it off 20% off all food and beverages. You can't find this value for money if your booking yourself. I couldn't recommend travel online highly enough and I will definitely be using them for all my booking needs.

Every question I had was answered promptly which I appreciated. The service I received was very professional the only thing I could say is that It would have been good if the process for booking the transport from the airport to the resort was explained early on. I didn't know how it worked. We had a wonderful trip and I wouldn't hesitate to use travel online again.

What an easy way to book our holiday!! Saw the offer on the weekly email, emailed to get a quote, got rates and confirmed booking all in 24 hours. Rebecca kept us up to date with flight changes in the lead up to departure and was very helpful once we were onsite when Fiji went across to daylight saving so transfers changed slightly. Will def book thru these guys again.

Overall was a good experience, would have liked the level of communication to have improved a little bit, in terms of addressing questions asked by email.

Your service was fantastic and very accomodating to our requests. I have already told everyone we met how good your company is and yes, I would definitely book again with you. We were especially very pleased that you added the FJ$1000 credit to our bure for food and beverages because the prices for food and drinks on Treasure Island are very high and we would not have been pleased if we had had to pay their prices. As it turned out, the $1000 credit just covered our food and drinks bill, so we were very pleased and very grateful to you.Overall, Travelonline is by far the best travel company that we have ever dealt with and we would certainly book with you again in the future.

good service prompt return of emails, only thing that needs improving is getting a quote for day trips shouldnt need to submit a booking form and credit card details.

Extremely helpful , the service at resort pick up very good , both ways on time and comfortable knew what they were doing.
Fusion excellent, bearing in mind that we had a volcanoes errupt the day before we left.
It was difficult to get any info but when I telephoned Fusion excellent and gave us good information. Thank you

I found the website very easy to navigate. I like the fact that you can offer the ability to get a quote easy on line. I have looked at the website many times to plan a holiday. When i went through with the booking, it was quick and easy. Email communication was excellent.
