A very professional & adequate service. Joanna was very quick on all responses to emails that I sent. Nothing was too much trouble & for that I thank you.

This is the first time we have used Travel Online. Holly was fantastic. Quotes and reservations would come through immediately. If Holly wasn't working on a particular day we had immediate replies from Fiona & Tammy.
They were up to date with any changes re tax regulations and notified us immediately.
Our holiday went without any issues re flights, transfers and accommodation.
Would recommend Travel Online to anyone.
Will definitely be looking out for further 'holiday deals'.

The prices TravelOnline obtained for us were better than we could find elsewhere ... even though we were travelling for a conference and the delegates were supposed to have a preferential rate. All went well from start to end. Centara Karon Beach was an excellent choice of Resort. Service was excellent. Property is becoming a little tired but renovations are under way to remedy this. Great choice for families or couples. Would highly recommend and thank you Michelle.

Great service by Travel Online. Wouldn't fly Virgin again though. No entertainment for us unless you downloaded app and was too late once we were on the plane. Service not that good either.

Quickest easiest way to book a holiday. Communication was excellent via email. very helpful staff.
All of the aspects went as planned other then no water or cold towel in transport from airport to hotel.

Very easy to book and the communication was good.

We found travel online great to deal with.
So much so, that during the whole booking, paying and traveling. We didn't have the need to talk or call them at all.
All email inquiries were responded to in a prompt manor.
We already have our next trip planned and will be booking through travel online soon.
