Service was great and the value was terrific - we were unable to find another travel agent or even the hotel itself to offer a stay 12/10/8 pay 6/5/4 so this was a really good deal. Little bonus like the $20 hotel voucher for signing up, and the free 2 person x 2 hour massage thrown in - well that was much appreciated. We travel often ourselves and this was the first time we had used travelonline.com - we will continue to check out the specials for our future travels and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

We were very happy with all aspects of the service from travel online. The only aspect of the trip that we were disappointed with was that the airport transfer at the end of the holiday apparently forgot about us and were therefore about an hour late picking us up (after many phone calls made on our behalf by the hotel reception, who were fabulous). We still made our flight, but it was a bit stressful there for a while. Not a great way to end an otherwise wonderful vacation.

My husband and I had booked a getaway to Noosa when we had some bad news in the family and we had to cut our trip short. Although Travel Online were (understandably) not able to organise refunds at such short notice they were very helpful and assisted us in rearranging things at minimal cost or inconvenience. Further, we were really happy with all aspects of our trip. We would definitely recommend your services.
