I would definitely book again & recommend Travelonline! From prebooking to returning home after our holiday, everything was easy. Kelly was informative and helped during the flight delays we experienced. She even went above and beyond to extend our flight home and rebook our accomodation for the extra night...it was all done for us!

The customer service was fantastic.
Though I was very disappointed that my driver that was booked for my transfer back to airport did not arrive so the hotel was good enough to arrange a lift for me. I was very late for my flight, only just made it in time. It was super stressful.

Very much up to the usual service.
Great value in this trip.
Only down side was the cost of the meals at FD$86 pp (fixed price) for Dinner 5 nights in a row, was greater than what we expected, even if you only felt like a snack.
ALL other matters were 100%....

We found the service and tour package we purchased for Bali Seminyak Indigo Resort Hotel through Travel on-line to be of excellent value and very reliable. Everything that was organised was seamless and communication was excellent. I was a little nervous initially using an on-line service that I found through Facebook but this is an excellent and professional service I can recommend. Will be keen to use this service again in the future.

After a little hiccup with a misunderstanding re documents at the beginning, all went to plan and was a very smooth travel experience. Transfers from airport were great, hotel was incredible. Everything that was included in our trip was honoured without query. Not a glitch whilst overseas. This is our second trip booked through TravelOnline
