We do like your service and strongly recommend to everyone. We were looked after well. No hassles when we got to the hotel. It's a five star service. We also found the website is easy to use, very user friendly. Got everything there and presented in a simple easy to follow. Dislike: how long it took to book and accomodation we chose wasn't available. Had to chase up taking payment and confirmation of booking.

We found Travel Online to be very helpful, I called and spoke to a real person when need be and everything online was processed in a timely manner.
Ability to pay off costs was fantastic.
I also appreciated the email in the lead up offering support if need be whilst overseas. We didn't have to hunt around for this information ourselves.

A big thank you to Clare who put our trip together at the last minute and really made a huge effort to coordinate everything despite there being very little accommodation available. We had a great stay in Fiji and will certainly use Clare at Travel online again.
