I like the simplicity of the booking system and how easy it is to edit or add to your package.. so simple i did it all on my mobile phone.

We found this great to use both initially for online booking, and then with follow up contact with our agent Michelle McGregor. Every detail of the trip fell into place seamlessly. Questions and requests were quickly responded to. One small thing- the final email requesting feedback was only addressed to my husband, even though there were two people on the trip, and I was the main point of contact. I would be very happy to use travelonline again and to recommend to others.
