Michelle made everything so easy and it all went off without a hitch. We had10 people and everything from seats on the plane to room configuration was sorted out for us. I organised the trip and I am very time poor so being able to call and email and great great customer service from MICHELLE was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgable about all the details from the flight to the accomodation etc we really appreciated her help and will definitely book with Travelonline again because of it.

I would defiantly book again with travel on line. Even though it is an online booking service our consultant Renae Tuilaepa was on hand at all times and helped us with upgrading accommodation and organising transfers, would most certainly recommend travel on line to family and friends

As we are based in Perth and hadn't heard of you, was concerned at start but upon investigation and reading other reviews like this... we had a level of confidence... We had no issues and the deal that we managed to secure for the Crown Metropol in Melbourne was nearly $500 cheaper than we could secure elsewhere (including directly through the hotel) and included a Colonial Tram Car Restaurant dinner for four for free worth ~$400. Would look at utilising TravelOnline again for our next holiday.
