Your service, as always, was impeccable. Flights, transfers, accommodation all went exactly as planned from the booking point. Shangri-La's lobby renovation creates chaos at peak times but otherwise it was fine. Our TTF transfers went smoothly excepting both times we were kept waiting over 30 minutes by other clients - the TTF staff were ready on time. This is the 4th time we've booked with you and will definitely book our next Fiji trip again, I also tell everyone who asks that we deal through you. Thanks again. Lyn

No babyseat in transfer from airport as planned. Transfer between resorts was late.Final transfer to airport was great.

The personal service is great and attentive. The only reason I give the "service" only 4 stars is when looking to book a vacation the website didn't provide enough information about the individual resorts, room type (pictures, configuration, size) etc so I found myself flipping from another well known site for that info.
Do not recommend the shuttle when leaving the resort and needing to catch a flight. It took over 3 hrs to do the 1.5 hr drive because others were not ready at their pick up locations. ????. We almost missed our flight. (On the way to the resort it was fine as people get off quickly....no waiting).
Next time private shuttle!!!!

I appreciated the communication & support throughout my pre & post trip. I also loved the package deal that was offered which included airport transfers and most of all the Day Care Spa complimentary massage. I managed to make regular trips, as I have never experienced such an amazing experience! I will be a repeat customer for sure!
