From the time of reviewing where we wished to stay in Phuket and the offers provided by travelonline and then the booking and receiving the prepaid voucher was seamless. I will always consider reusing travelonline and recommending to others of the travelonline web site.

We had never used an online travel company before and weren't sure what to expect but we would certainly use the service again.
The initial website was fantastic- very easy to compare resorts and packages, adding in and removing transfers/meals, etc. Emma our travel agent was great- very prompt at returning emails and all bookings were confirmed within a very short period of time. Our trip was fantastic, all went as planned and all our expectations were met.

Everything went according to plan , we were told confirmation of our booking could take 24 hours , it took less than 2 and the price we paid for 3 nights at Crown Promenade was only slightly dearer than the best price we could get for 1 night during the same period , at the same hotel , and we had full use of all the facilities , great service , even better value , cheers
