Professional and efficient service.

When the airline delayed the flight we were emailed by TravelOnline with details and advice on getting reimbursement from the airline for an extra night in Bali. We met many travellers who were in the line to check in when they were told that the flight had been delayed by 15 hours. Good service by travelonline which helped us greatly.

The online booking service was easy and information provided was good. Receipts/vouchers came in a timely manner. When we had an issue at the hotel and contacted 'Travelonline' via email we received a response quickly and when the hotel was contacted they did resolve our issue which was appreciated.
