No problems at all. Very easy to deal with and website was easy to navigate. Have used them a few times but always end up with a room where you need to pack a picnic to go anywhere in the resort. Room always is the futherest away from everything. Not sure why that always happens to us.

Lisa was very prompt in answering any queries re planning our trip. All of our e-tickets etc arrived ahead of time and were complete and accurate. The whole trip was very enjoyable and stress free! Thank you Lisa.
One concern was our inability to confirm seat allocations online ahead of the flights - we now understand that seat allocations on code share tickets (ie Virgin/Singapore) cannot be booked online or by phone. This is a problem as my husband is a large man who prefers an aisle seat for his and others convenience. Clients need to be made aware of this please.
Another issue was the driver from Buffalo Tours sent to take us to the Penang airport for our return flight - he had a very bad cough - and hence we now both have coughs! Most unfortunate end to a really great holiday well organised by Lisa.

Service Wasn’t too bad but difficult to confirm accomodation white water rafting in Bali waste of time as it was in a creek side of rice fields
Otherwise very good value for money far better than the hotels website

I found travelonline.com very easy to deal wiith. Payments and itinery adjustments were as simple as a 5 minute phone call.

Trip booking was completed with a minimum of fuss. The half day included tour of Phuket was a bit disappointing as the guide spoke virtually no English and after a quick whip around three sites then took us to a duty free store and then a jewellery store even after all on the tour weren’t interested in buying jewellery.

Clare was fantastic to deal with! have used travel online several times now and will continue to do so.

Easy and no problem to contact the staff direct. Good value for money holiday and will definitely look at using you for further holiday packages.

I liked the prices being offered, very competitive. Was a little frustrating not seeing if a property is available or not but having to wait for a confirmation. Also tried to make a second booking at the last minute but your site cant do this.

Thanks Kelly, all arrangements worked well. Very well organised. Package terrific. Naviti initially put us in garden view regather than ocean view and we didn’t receive the fruit bowl in the room. Room switch was made within 24hrs and well worth it. We tried all dining options and they worked well as did the vouchers for activities and the transit centre. Transport punctual and great service with a smile.
