Thank you so much. Browsing around the site was easy, deciding was hard, booking was dead easy. All of our documentation was in order and everything lined up perfectly.
We did have some confusion about what was or wasn't included with the Blu Bananas deal and the kids eating free - they rarely did (I never did discover what counted as the 'kids drinks' options).
We loved our holiday, will be going back again soon, and will recommend the website to friends!

On my arrival at the resort i was the only one who had no issues with my booking.
Holly took care of it for me and all i needed to do was present ID and was taken straight to my room while others were experiencing issues with their reservation
