Only annoying thing was when we booked it accepted our booking but then next day we were told the room was not actually available for all 5 days. Ultimately it was sorted out but a little frustrating to start with

We had a wonderful holiday at the Shangri-la, Fiji. The great thing about travelonline was that everything - accommodation, airfares, transfers, tours insurance is all organised at one place making your holiday and arrangements hassle free.

Great service. Fast response to any questions along with well educated information. This is the 2nd time we have used travel online to book our holiday to Fiji and we will use them again. Good service and available for any questions we had leading up to our holiday as well as notifications of payments made which made it easier to keep track.

Consultants went above and beyond to help me find a hotel with availability when I booked last minute.

The only drawback was the 24 hours + wait between booking and confirmation. An instant booking would be preferable.

Overall, I was really happy with the service. Will use Travel Online to book again.

I found the online booking process really useful - you are able to explore multiple options/versions of different trips whenever suits (ie after hours after children are in bed !). My phone call queries and emails were always answered and timely. Most importantly, at the end of the day everything went smoothly and we had a great trip. Many thanks !
