I thought the service we received from you was outstanding. The quotes and booking were very prompt., and prices quoted very reasonable with no hidden costs. You also confirmed our bookings for us to save us an international phone call.and ordered car seats for our young boys.This was very much appreciated.

I think be good to say to clients unless you eat a very large amount the meal plan is not necessary and would probable cost less without it

These girls know their stuff! They're there to advise and help and I loved dealing with their professionalism and kindness. Our holiday went without a hitch and we got some great discounts on our accommodation and a wonderful free treatment at Carr Day Spa in Seminyak which was fabulous! We had a wonderful time. The only hiccup encountered was being unable to contact the local Phuket mobile number to organise the free half day tour included in our package. We decided to email Cecilia Russell about this
and very much appreciate the very prompt response and professionalism in which it was handled. Everything was organised from her end and the confirmed booking: date and time of pick up etc was delivered to our apartment that day (by the way...the tour was excellent).
