This was by far the cheapest deal found for where I was going/where I wanted to stay. It included several freebies and many other things like hotel transfer that not many other deals included. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

I am very impressed with Travel Online. All arrangements went to plan for our trip to Hideaway Island, Vanuatu including flights, transfers and accommodation. I really value being able to email Lisa with even the smallest of queries and I really appreciate her personal and very quick response. I also valued receiving information from Travel Online regarding the possible impact of the Customs and Border control strike. This is the second time I have used Travel Online, and I will continue to do so and will recommend to others.
You make it really easy for travellers who are not experienced in travel outside Australia, particularly to areas where English is not the first language.

Travel Online was very prompt with their responses and emails, especially with reminders and invoices etc. I was very pleased with that. I would definitely book with you again, my only query would be (and I understand it is my fault) that we didn't realize the accommodation we booked at the Outrigger in Fiji was only for room and breakfast was not included. We did make a big assumption that it was, seeing at 95% of the other resorts we have stayed at previously have always included this on really clearly stated otherwise. It would have been nice for this to be checked on, even if it was an email to clarify that we didn't want breakfast. But either way, it is our fault.

Excellent phone service when required. I was unable to speak to a service provider to reconfirm transport. When I called TravelOnline, the consultant took ownership and contacted the service provider on an alternate number and reconfirmed the service.

I first used TravelOnline as a tool to get some prices and start my research, but I soon realised that their website was the best available, and their prices were also very good. It made the planning and purchasing of my holiday so easy that I decided to use their web site and service for my holiday to Bali. After purchasing on-line I found that they also have excellent one on one service as well. My consultant, Emma, made contact, and I was able to ask questions and keep in contact with Emma at all times leading up to the trip and even during. A first class experience and I would recommend TravelOnline to anyone.

Michelle was really quick art getting back to me, with a few queries I had. I did a bit of research on the pricing and found hers to be the best by far!

Michelle was amazing, from the initial contact to the final itinary all went like clockwork, any inquires we had were responded too at her earliest convenience and the whole trip went off with out a hitch.
The online aspect was a breeze and we would not hesitate to use the organisation again, like most people, I am aware cheapest is not always the best avenue, security and integrity are high on my agenda whilst dealing online and travelonline.com meets them all, I would highly recommend the organisation and will be seeking advice next year for our next stay at the magnificent Cook Islands. Yes use you again. The resort in far north I was under the understanding was in Port Douglas but it actually was 30min away in pam coves
