Dislike: how long it took to book and accomodation we chose wasn't available. Had to chase up taking payment and confirmation of booking.

Quick responses to my questions. They picked up on a booking mistake that I had made which could of been a costly mistake but they fixed everything for me! Will use again.

We found Travel Online to be very helpful, I called and spoke to a real person when need be and everything online was processed in a timely manner.
Ability to pay off costs was fantastic.
I also appreciated the email in the lead up offering support if need be whilst overseas. We didn't have to hunt around for this information ourselves.

A big thank you to Clare who put our trip together at the last minute and really made a huge effort to coordinate everything despite there being very little accommodation available. We had a great stay in Fiji and will certainly use Clare at Travel online again.

The service was amazing. You were all prompt answering any questions I had and it didn't matter who I spoke to. I liked that when I booked I only paid a $100 Deposit and could book 2 rooms and then when total payment was due I had the flexibility to change that extra room. Although booking online I liked that I could still talk to a consultant.
Definately use you again and recommend you. I also booked another family thru you and they too were very happy with your service too.
