Prompt and efficient....thanks

This is the second time we used TravelOnline to book a family holiday to Fiji.
From the 1st quote request, everything was handled quickly, efficiently and even after making changes all update emails and confirmations received quickly.
The overall experience is brilliant.
You can even speak to a real person and discuss the travel and they will assist you accordingly.
All travel booked from flights, hotel and private car transfer was spot on, no delays in Fiji. Everything booked and confirmed.
We would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

The organisation was excellent, both here and in Phuket. The communication was just right and so was the price. There were no hidden costs and the honest service in Thailand was great. I would recommend this service to family and friends.

the only thing that I was disappointed in was when I booked both trips for Brown and ourselves I stipulated that we wanted to have a late check out as flight was not until 10.45pm. when I confirmed with resort this was not done so we were in limbo from 11.00am until 5.30pm the resort as always was great the Brown booking and ours our rooms were on the complete opposite side of resort which was a bit annoying and could not be changed.

Thank you Lisa scull your service was excellent, the service was allways there no matter how many times i rang you back hahaha, everything went smoothly on the trip and myself and my family had a awesome time, would certainly reckon mend travelonline to further friends and family and i would certainly contact you for my future holidays to come, thank you so much again. :)))

Easy to book and response to emails super quick. The booking was hassle free and was cheaper booking through Travel Onine then the other on line services

It was my first time booking a holiday on line, but must say I would most certainly do it again in a heartbeat, my consultant Lisa Scull was so very pleasant, made me feel like we have known each for years, it was the easiest holiday I have ever booked, and the outcome well just fantastic, I had a perfect enjoyable holiday, only thing I was sorry about was that my holiday came to an end, the flights were great too, very pleasant crew, food was super too, so YES I would recommend travel-online to anyone, (already have) well done Lisa and thank you very much.
