My husband and I had booked a getaway to Noosa when we had some bad news in the family and we had to cut our trip short. Although Travel Online were (understandably) not able to organise refunds at such short notice they were very helpful and assisted us in rearranging things at minimal cost or inconvenience. Further, we were really happy with all aspects of our trip. We would definitely recommend your services.

Easy booking made through Travelonline. 2nd visit to the Graceland Phuket, which offers fantastic resort facilities. Location is great with a lot of restaurants and massage salons nearby. Would definitely recommend for families and couples.

We were initially hesitant to book our holiday with an online travel agent as we'd never used one before. We are very happy to say that the service supplied by Cecilia exceeded our expectations. Not only was the price quoted very competitive but everything from our flights to our accommodation to our transfers was perfectly organised which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday. All prompt service replies, much appreciated, we have no complaints. The only comment I would make is that the half day shopping tour was really disappointing, we could only have a few minutes at each place leading to the Duty Free and Gem store, conveniently we were then followed around and I expect hoped to purchase something that the driver or tour company profited from, sad really as the old town phuket market and temples were what we all hoped to see, not the commercial stud that was clearly set up for tourists with a dollar, the other thing was that the duty free store required a passport to purchase, so that was a waste of time as no one on the tour had a passport or were notified to have one.
Other than that, great services.

We have had the most wonderful stay and thanks to you everything went smoothly. My only suggestion would be a contact number for the Airport Transfer, so that a time could be verified as to our pick up time back to the Airport. ( We ended up catching a cab ! )
You guys did a great job and we will be booking our next trip through you for sure next year and we will gladly recommend you top all our family and friends.
