Value of the deal was great, customer service was good, and easy to book! Only thing is we nearly missed out on our massage as we weren't aware it was in Nadi, and not on the Island. Maybe this could have been made more clear. We ended up getting it right before flying out so worked out ok!

Great service and great price on accomodation at Shantara in Port Douglas. Only issue we had was Tiger changing one of our flights which meant we had to pay for a nights accomodation in Melbourne due to very early flight. Otherwise very happy.

The service that I have received from Clare and colleagues has been amazing to say the least! Always on the ball, friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with Clare's proactiveness when the hotel had issues with our room, and again when we had issues with our meal plan.

Thank you to travelonline. We didn’t realize what a great deal we had until we spent a few days in Fiji. The costs such as transpiration, food, leisure etc in Fiji could be very expensive. I’m glad I took this deal from travelonline.
