I was very satisfied with the service from Travelonline and will continue to use their services. The only glitch was that I didn't receive an e-ticket and had to request it be sent but that was handled efficiently.

Found you online by accident. Offered best price out of all the other well known travel sites. Needed to phone with a query. Call was answered promptly and questions answered quickly. Would recommend and use again.

I found the staff were helpful with any questions we had.
The hotel was great including the company that handled our transfers to and from the airport.
However I would recommend a quicker response time on emails with questions we had when booking the accommodation through to when we would receive our paperwork.
It was our first time booking online so was quite nervous.
What would also be good when booking is to have a selection of items to tick when requesting what you want for the room. For example, extra beds, poolview room, garden room, smokers room, interconnecting rooms required, etc.
However all in all I would definitely use Travelonline again.

Answered all emails and returned phone calls in an extremely timely manner. Always friendly and happy to help out. When our first choice hotel was unavailable, Lisa was very helpful in finding us a similar standard within our budget. I would recommend TravelOnline and I would book again.

Fantastic service. Clare and the others all helped out massively when the Bali volcano caused huge issues with travel in December last year. Nothing was a problem for them. They are very well organised and provide good advice.
