I was happy with Travel Online's customer service. The only comment I would make is that it would be good if we had some more information about the specific resort such as not needing cash and the 'voluntary' community health charge. It would be good to be able to choose flight times as well. I would love to see some all inclusive (food and basic drinks) packages available.
I would book with Travel Online again and would recommend them to family and friends. Consultants were quick to reply to queries and all documents, itineraries and transfers were provided.

Everything was well organised. No problems with transfers or accommodation. So convenient to organise everything over the internet. I have used Travel on Line before and would recommend them to anyone.

The service was excellent and the staff chose exactly the right place based on the information provided by me. Also good value for money.
It would have been useful to know that the apartment was 2 storey with steep and dangerous stairs and not that suitable for a family with a 2 year old.
Definitely I would book with you again and would recommend you.

Hi, first time I have gone threw travelonline and u were great, every email I sent was responded quickly. Everything went smoothly as from flights transfers etc..we loved our room it was perfect...thankyou Kelly

2nd time this year I have used Travel Online both times great service. Only minus this time is that I had to pay for transfers separately was not included in final quote so was inconvenient to have to then again book & pay, also a bit misleading when most packages include transfers. Also bonus massage was at an external provider not at hotel so we did not use voucher. Would recommend for family & friends to use just make sure of inclusions before you book. Valerie Lester
