Easy booking made through Travelonline. 2nd visit to the Graceland Phuket, which offers fantastic resort facilities. Location is great with a lot of restaurants and massage salons nearby. Would definitely recommend for families and couples.

Everything went well from start to finish. No problems at all . would recommend service to anybody and will use same again.

We were initially hesitant to book our holiday with an online travel agent as we'd never used one before. We are very happy to say that the service supplied by Cecilia exceeded our expectations. All prompt service replies, much appreciated, we have no complaints. The only comment I would make is that the half day shopping tour was really disappointing, we could only have a few minutes at each place leading to the Duty Free and Gem store, conveniently we were then followed around and I expect hoped to purchase something that the driver or tour company profited from, sad really as the old town phuket market and temples were what we all hoped to see, not the commercial stud that was clearly set up for tourists with a dollar, the other thing was that the duty free store required a passport to purchase, so that was a waste of time as no one on the tour had a passport or were notified to have one.
Other than that, great services.

We have had the most wonderful stay and thanks to you everything went smoothly. My only suggestion would be a contact number for the Airport Transfer, so that a time could be verified as to our pick up time back to the Airport. ( We ended up catching a cab ! )
You guys did a great job and we will be booking our next trip through you for sure next year and we will gladly recommend you top all our family and friends.

I would definitely book with the company again ..I had very good service ..I had a phone call that wasn't backed up by an email which meant there was confusion over an issue..Cecilia managed to deal with this really well and I felt the outcome was fair.
I liked that an agent was available by email or at the end of the phone.

We had a fantastic trip in Queenstown. Everything was well organised, from the accommodation, to the lift pass, with ski gear rental and transportation from Australia and in Queenstown as well.
