We really appreciate the service from travel online. Although we are in nz and I believe it is an Australian company, they have always ensured we have the right information , best price and make alterations as often as we need. I hope we can use travel online again next year for our Singapore/ Malaysia plans

Im happy with the service and holiday, however the vouchers should be sent to us earlier than the day before departure. Vouchers should be done at least 1 month prior to departure
