Absolutely faultless! Every single step of the way the process was clear, straightforward and easy. There was no hidden catches, no extra costs and the holiday itself went like clockwork.
Louise was excellent! so helpful, easily and quickly contactable and even got my request to have rooms next to our friends (from another state) happen without fuss.
It was the easily the best organised, problem free trip we've been on.
