Never had a problem using Travelonline

This was our first time booking through travelonline and we had no problems at all.
The hotel and flight bookings were made for us with just a deposit there was an email reminder for final payment.
We already have another booking made through Georgia.
All the hard work is done for you.
Have liked their Facebook page and love looking at their special deals available.

I found TravelOnline met all our holiday needs. Great communication, reasonable and transparent costs. We had no 'hiccups with vouchers etc, with transport all arranged as paid for. This was appreciated, as it meant we could relax on holiday :-)

We have recently traveled to Bali and used the services of Travelonline which I would recommend. We had an idea on the type of accommodation package we wanted and were provided with a series of choices to stay. Once the accommodation decision was made, everything fell into place with minimal effort from ourselves. Our accommodation (Double Six luxury hotel) was spectacular, room for three, overlooking the pool and beach in Seminyak. Airport pick up and drop off organised, we just have to maneuver through the throng of drivers to find ours, however they were clearly “sign posted”.
As we had booked our holiday months prior to departure, we were kept informed by Travelonline what was required at different time points ie. Pay deposit, pay remaining with gentle reminders.
Thank you Travelonline team for makings our Winter sojourn to Bali so memorable.
