Service was great . Except our transport to airport 30 mins late on pick up from resort

Travel online made everything so easy. We had a fantastic holiday everything was perfect from the airport to our accommodation and back and they gave us a great deal! Will book with travel online again.

Nothing was too hard, Our trip was planned well. We spoke about our plans regularly and even helped me when I missed the layover times, changed our flights and answered all questions. Would recommend to others without a second thought

Loved the service from your representative, Grace Arphorn, Concierge from MyPhuket-holiday. The transfers to and from the airport to the Centara Resort Kata were excellent, friendly and on-time. The accommodation and facilities were excellent. The lounge experience at Changi Airport was appreciated with the long stopover before flying home to Sydney.
