Our only grumble would be Jetstar I will never travel with them again cancelled both our flights to and from Bali stopovers in Sydney 4 hours on way over and 5 hours on way home what happened to direct flights from Melbourne

Thank you so much Lisa for organising a great holiday. We made sure we used the vouchers included which enhanced our stay. The only negative was we didn't receive the fruit basket when we arrived but received a bottle of champagne when we identified this error to the staff a few days later. I will most certainly book again with this company.

Great trip, well organised. The only downer was the 7am flight time with a young family. This meant we had airport transfers collect us at 3.10AM!!!!!! A later flight would have been more suitable.

I had been looking at another deal and the Travel Online team called me about a deal that was $2000 cheaper than what I was looking at, and it was in a better resort. They included everything I needed into the price. The service was fantastic, they were quick to reply to any emails I sent and were very flexible when it came to payment. I will definitely be going through Travel Online for my next trip and I have already told numerous people to use Travel Online for their next holidays :)

We received outstanding service. Everything was organised promptly and if we had a question about anything we were emailed back with an answer straight away, nothing was ever a problem. We booked all our flights, accommodation, transfers and tours at a great price and enjoyed an upgrade to an ocean view room. After shopping around I found this package to be the best value and everything went without a hitch. Apart from the Jetstar plane huge delay the whole holiday went very well. We could not take up the care day spa offer vouchers as it was too far away from our resort and we needed to book 4 hours earlier so it would have interrupted our schedule. Thank you very much.
