Smooth and efficient service from start to finish

I never dealt directly with you Cecilia but overall the journey went very well, despite earthquakes.
I feel the Bali Jayakarta is definitely a 3.5star and no more....lots of things need upgrading. The grounds were delightful and staff willing to please.

Trip went as planned. All bookings were in place and there were no hiccups. Would have been good to get our final confirmations a bit earlier than we did. We finally received all confirmations 3 weeks before departure, didn't leave much time to make any changes in there were any problems with our trip.
Would be happy to book with TravelOnline again.

Lisa was fantastic, she helped with the booking from start to finish. She was very professional. She helped with adding an extra person after all was booked. Nothing was a trouble to her. The deal was great value at the Naviti Resort. The Sheraton we loved. We will definitely be booking with her again.
The transfers were well organised and we had no trouble with them.
The only problem we had was that Virgin CANCELLED our flight on Saturday the 4th.Not your fault. We were on the tarmac to take off but sat there for 2 hrs. Then they said we were going back to airport. We were taken off the plane and stood in the airport after we collected our luggage. Then we were told to go to Transfers to domestic and stood there for 4 hrs. At 6pm we were told to go home and wait for a text message. we said it was too far to go. They then sent us to Melbourne and transferred us to a hotel 40 mins away from airport.
The next morning we were sent to Fiji, after plane delayed an 1hr again. We arrived at resort at 7pm that night we weren't happy. We lost a 1 1/2 days of our holidays.
This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday for my Husbands 60th birthday after he had a stroke.
