Enquiries was dealt with efficiently and we had lots of information supplied to us from the consultants. Booking went smoothly and we would book with travel online again in the future.

Service very good, especially as this was a booking for three consecutive hotels. Everything went perfectly and special mention must be made of Fusion, who did all the transfers. The drivers were prompt and friendly. They made allowances for exceptional circumstances such as when one of the transfers between hotels coincided with the arrival at one of them of the President of Indonesia! They were very aware of the minute by minute traffic conditions getting around the place.
Have booked many times through TravelOnline and will continue to do so. Thank you

Simple to book and add/change things. All pick ups and accommodation ran smoothly. Good value. Normally I would just book directly myself and have to co-ordinate things, but used travel online this time. They sorted everything out and arranged all the connections at a better price than I could have done myself.

This is the first time of using travel on line. We booked in the evening on the Monday and by the Friday had ALL our paperwork.
This is the first time I have booked with a company, only had to wait 4 working days for ALL the paperwork. And just had no problems from start to finish and had a really great price. We have recommended you to anyone who will listen.
