Claire was very professional dealing with our booking. All our requests for our hotel were noted and granted.
Would definitely recommend Claire and Travelonline for future holidays.
The only issue we had was the Finns recreational voucher, great if you had young kids as it is a waterpark. We were interested in the massages but figured it was more expensive to get taxi /transport from our location there and back that to go to a local spa. So possibly look at other alternatives for older customers.

Very happy with service from Travelonline. Emails were replied to promptly and contact by phone was easy and questions dealt with in a professional manner. The holiday package for Radisson Blu in Fiji was good value for money. We will use Travelonline again and recommend it to others.

Yes everything was great and what we were told. Only criticism was that buffalo tours never turned up to take us to the airport and we had to catch a taxi

I would definitely recommend booking with travel online - it was very simple and what we loved was that we were able to book and still had the year to pay the amount owing. Most communication was via emails which worked best for me - but if I rang the office there was always someone there to answer my questions

Would love to see better packages for Teenagers. Also to include all dining experiences not just the Buffet as buffet meals don't suit everybody.

Yes I would recommend Travel Online as communication was easy and regular emails kept us up to date. Very efficient service.
