Kristy is always quick to respond via email and super helpful. It's a shame one can't always get through on the phone, but otherwise good to deal with.

All ok , but had to chase up travel paper work a week out . Another travel consultant did it after many attempts to contact them.

Fantastic service, easy to book and we got a great rate on all parts of the holiday. Would 100% book again, and in fact plan to for same time next year.

With itenary flight changes and general questions all were attended to superbly and quickly.

Great service. Organised very well. Amazing trip and great recommendation regarding dates and location. I would book again with travelonline. Nearly everything went smoothly and we were happy with the service.

Just some feedback:
- I wasn't aware of the meal package on the island - i would have liked more information regarding this before we left.
- Long timeframe for response to emails. Over 2 days which i found frustrating.
- Our taxi from airport to boat was part of the package, but it wasn't made clear that the return taxi from boat to the airport was not pre-booked for us. We were stuck for a while at 6am after the boat dropped us from Castaway to find a taxi to get to the airport. This should either have been pre-booked, or communicated to us that we would need to organise this.

It's annoying that you can't speak to staff when you have a question or problem but I can appreciate that you get very busy at times

Sometimes difficult to get hold off staff when you had a significant query. One you were able to contact them they were very professional.
The staff in Phuket were excellent, drivers on time and really helpful and friendly.
We have booked a couple of times with Travelonline and all went well.

Such good value for our deal it was great!

Will definitely use again

Michelle is fantastic. She organised our holiday with ease, right down to the finest detail of portacots at each location to help reduce the need for packing 1 more thing. All transfers were prearranged and we literally just had to turn up on the day. Her in-depth knowledge of the pacific is a resource worth tapping into and her professionalism can't be questioned. I would highly recommend both Michelle and Travelonline for future holidays.
Plantation island is definately paradise and somewhere we will continue to come back to in the future.
