Customer service from Travel on Line was great.. right from the beginning with a phone call from the friendly staff to updating us with any queries we had along the way! We would definitely use this company again as well as recommending to our friends! Thanks girls.. great job!

After researching with a number of travel agents on a holiday to Treasure island your company came in the cheapest. Also there was no dramas with any of the bookings and all went very well. Would use travel online again

This was our first time using travelonline and i have to say we will definately be using them again for our holiday travels.
Lisa handled our booking from the first day to hte last and we never had any issues with any question we asked.
Our holiday package was amazing, we travelled to Thailand which included our flights, transfers, accomodation and a tour.
We always had contact before we flew out and even had a representative meet us at our resort to organize further trips while we stayed in Thailand.

We were very pleased booking through Travel Online and will use them in the future.
The prices was better than if we booked through a travel agent with a shopfront (we did shop around).
But there service was very good and they answered emails within 48hours.

Great travel service ..used several times always look to them first for quotes very competitive outstanding service..lots of extras and upgrades come as standard..recommended to all my friends already!

We have booked several trips overseas with Travel Online and have always found the service top notch. From the moment you start your booking until the day you leave the staff are fantastic to deal with. Confirmation of bookings is swift and emails are answered quickly. We usually book tours with Travel Online at the same time of booking the holiday and have never had any problems and always enjoy the tours. The few times I have needed to call them direct, I have alwAys spoken to very pleasant and helpful staff. This time our consultant was Clare and she was fantastic. We will continue to book all our holidays with this fantastic company.

The trip went as planned with no hiccups, Alisha provided us with a suggested room upgrade which we took and we were very happy

Booking through travel online was so easy. Our request for interconnecting rooms and the bed set up was passed on to the resort and was set out just as asked. Transfers to and from the airport were great too. Will definitely book through travelonline again.
