Your service was great. Unfortunately Jetstar cancelled our Sydney - Brisbane flight when we arrived in Sydney. We had to purchase tickets with Virgin to get home ( $390.00 ) We will never fly Jetstar again. Hopefully I can get a refund from them.

Great package and good follow up.
Critical travel info does get lost with all of the other marketing info so I deleted it and then had to get it sent again as it wasn't just marketing.

Very happy and hope there are more all included deals available.

Overall very happy with the tickets and accommodation. Some staff were very helpful but my consultant was always late in response or reply. I had to send message via messenger to get a response.

Thanks for your support and excellent information in us choosing travelonline again to book our flights and accommodation in Bali this time.
At the beginning of our travels had an issue requiring same day contact with travelonline and this was not possible. I think this is the only change I would like to see.

We did not get the reference for our flights via email and had to chase it up with you guys over a weekend. It to long for you to respond and we had to get the detail by another means. You guys need to have more availability over the weekends.
Other than that, as always your service was good and the deal was of value.

Booking our 5 day Fiji holiday was simple and seamless. All the information was upfront and easy to access. Our documents were sent in time and provided all the necessary information.

Definitely i will book again

As with most travel over the last two years we were impacted by Covid related travel restrictions. I thought Travel Online did a pretty good job of firstly creating a full credit for us, and secondly assisting us in using it to rebook our holiday. Thank you for being fair. The situation could have changed again as the borders opened up but our holiday went ahead and all of our bookings and activities were honoured by the respective companies at our destination.
We will use Travel Online again and hopefully in less disruptive times.
