We didn't use the added Bonus inclusion that came with our package - simply because the location of Finn's was a little too far from our resort and we didn't have enough time. So my only suggestion would be for you to assess where a particular resort is in location to Finns, and perhaps offer two choices of a Bonus inclusion.

You were all so so so helpful! Each time I had another question or dilemma you were quick to respond and great in helping me fix the issues.
Only thing I'd recommend is allowing the customers to choose their airlines when booking a entire package, or give them the option to if they want.

Travel online we're great to deal with. Any requests including up grade was dealt with immediately. The flights all booked ran on time going. Slight delay on return. Transfer service to and from hotel was spot on. Again staff were wonderful. Will definitely use you guys again. Thankyou for a trouble free holiday.

Thought the service was good, the only thing I would say is the difference in drivers, we travelled with 3 other couples, 2 couples received cold towels and water and a bag, the other 2 received nothing. That was arriving.
Departing drivers were very good, very helpful and lovely
