This was my first time booking through Travel online and I'm at first I was hesitant as I had not used an online agent site like this before.
After my experience though, I was so impressed with their services and the amazing offers they had that I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! (I already have!)

I have never used none other than booking direct or Flight centre. I was concerned booking through an online agent but they came recommended I still had a few worries but they managed to get the hotel I wanted when no one else could. I can not recommend them enough they were helpful, answered my concerns, sent me professional documents and fully delivered on what I purchased. I would not hesitate in booking with them again. Thank you for helping us with our holiday.

I found the service you provided to be excellent, especially as our holiday was booked with very short notice. All team members were very professional and helpful that I dealt with over the phone and via email, responding always very quickly. Thank you again, for everything you did for us and we all had a fabulous time in Phuket. I have already completed the online Centara Kata Resort feedback form when arriving back in Australia praising them overall.
Everything was fantastic, scrumptious food, very accommodating and friendly staff, lovely pools, nice rooms, however we did find it looked dated and would have been more pleasing on the eye when arriving, if it had a fresh coat of paint and the umbrellas were upgraded, as some appeared to have stains on them.

Overall it was a fabulous trip and we also participated in a cooking class in the hotel when it was raining one day which was so much fun for the 5 of us and we'd highly recommend the experience to others. The chefs teach you to cook five different dishes, afterwards you eat them for lunch, receive a wine/drink, apron, hat and CD as part of the experience. It's highly recommended indeed!

Admit that being from NZ i had never heard about this company and was slightly dubious. However the offer i saw online suited us brilliantly, was for a resort we had already been looking at and the price couldn't be matched by the resort (despite their website assuring this) . Booking was easy, payment easy, all queries..(and i had a few) were answered via email. We received a host of offers (transport.admission to beach club etc) and they all worked well. Would definitely use the company again.

I have never booked a holiday on line before but I will definitely book again through Travel on Line. They were professional and if I had any questions they were answered immediately. If my consultant wasn't available (which was rarely) someone else would help me with my questions. They were extremely professional and I really enjoyed our stay at 'The Sands' in Khao Lak which was recommended to me by them. It was the best holiday my family and I have had for years. The resort catered for everything that we wanted in a holiday. I am really happy with all the team at Travel on Line for all that they did for us so that we had a wonderful holiday.

Seamless and quick service at the time of booking, loved being able to compare different options for flights and hotels easily. Staff answered all our questions quickly and comprehensively. I have not used any sort of travel agent for many years, but being able to do it all online myself and then talk to a human if needed was quick and easy and the flight prices seemed to better than I could booking direct with the airline myself.
Would def come back and book through TraveOnline again.

Dealing with Travel Online and Rachelle Locke was the best thing I ever did! Everything was so easy and the price was amazing! I asked many many questions and no question ever seemed to hard or too silly. Our trip ran perfectly. I will book all my holidays through Travel Online in future!

We found the service offered but Travel Online to be excellent. It was so convenient to organise everything over the phone plus our consultant was able to narrow in on accomodation options that suited our requirements and budget just perfectly. Our holiday to Phuket was amazing we had a great time and the Merlin hotel is great this is our 3rd time there and we love it. The staff from travel online were just amazing and very helpful I would book through travel online any time. Please let us know when there is a special deal again in Phuket at the Merlin so we can book again. Thanks for all your help

I have dealt with travelonline in the past, it has always been a good experience. When I have had questions they have responded to me usually same day, and always helpful... will be using their services again and have recommended them to family and friends.

We have booked all our holidays with Travel On Line and there service is fantastic! All our holiday is organised from flights, transfers and Accom and nothing to worry about except enjoy your holiday! Flexible to change from their deals to tailor your holiday is also great. Can highly recommend them to get a holiday sorted on all budgets!
