I was a little apprehensive about booking our entire holiday for 10 people with Travelonline as I had never used an online booking travel agent before. Travel online booking process was easy. All the information provided was 100% accurate - the driver was waiting for us when we arrived, the resort was very accommodating and the tour company was very good. We had a very good holiday and will definitely use Travel Online again.

I am more than happy with everyone at Travelonline. I initially booked the incorrect date for the return flight which the girls picked up and called me straight away!
I received all emails for upcoming payments, accommodation and flight details in a timely manner.

We were very impressed with the cost of out 7 day holiday in Queenstown that included flights, accommodation, ski hire and passes as well as transfers to the mountains! I don't think we could have gotten a better deal and the entire holiday was great value for money. Everything ran very smoothly and we had no issues whatsoever. We were a little worried about everything being online, but Kelly was fantastic with attention to detail and organising everything for us.

Do not recommend that people use the travel lounge with 60min massage as you do not get a full 60min massage if your lucky you might get 35min.
