Your service was very professional, from the initial booking, through to the agent in Phuket who confirmed our tour and hotel pickup for our return journey. The hotel was exactly as described and it was cheaper to book through you rather than direct with the hotel. I would definitely book through you again.

Ashleigh expertly and promptly prepared our recent Thailand trip. All details were taken care of regarding flights with short waiting times between flights and good accommodation for us for a good price. We had a question while we were in Thailand, emailed Travelonline and received an immediate response from one of Ashleigh’s colleagues. Thank you travel on line! We just returned from our holiday in bali that we booked through you. What an amazing experience, everything was above our expectations from booking to transfers to resort and all vouchers. WOW. I admit, as I had never used Travel Online before I was a little worried at first. Alisha soon put my mind to rest and was able to answer any queries I had. She kept me updated and prompted me to complete any details required by me to make sure my booking was finalised.
