Made a booking (with deposit), changed to a completely different booking (deposit was transferred without issue), had many different questions and requests for quotations...all went smoothly and handled professionally and efficiently.

Would definitely recommend travelonline and would use them again. The process was easy from start to finish and all flights/transfers/bookings/vouchers ran smoothly. Any email queries were answered promptly even if our original contact wasn’t available at the time. We thought the package was good value and extra inclusions such as Essence of Fiji and being able to access the Fiji Airways Lounge made the wait for our plane home an enjoyable part of the holiday. And Fiji never disappoints!

We've had a rough trot this year and it was looking like our holiday wasn't going to happen as I'd been called for an emergency shift the day we were going away. BUT after explaining this we had our booking shifted to the next day and we are so grateful.
Definitely recommend to anyone, simple and easy booking process and outstanding service, especially a request for a last minute change.

I would definitely recommend and book again through travel online. I was a little worried as in the past I have always dealt with a travel agent in person. My consultant Rachelle was always only a phone call away and all vouchers were emailed through to me in enough time prior to my holiday.
Once in Phuket, our private transfers, hotel booking and tour were amazing. We even had a representative meet us at the hotel to confirm bookings and suggested tours and sightseeing trips that we booked through her directly.

The service from TravelOnline was really good and the value of the deal a great fit for the family. The only thing that I found that needed sharpening was the information pack was really wordy and had instructions to contact transfer services ahead of time which was not needed.
