Booking through travel online was so easy. Our request for interconnecting rooms and the bed set up was passed on to the resort and was set out just as asked. Transfers to and from the airport were great too. Will definitely book through travelonline again.

We were so relieved and thankful that we went through travelonline.com. EVERYTHING was covered and included, from transfers to complimentary shell leis at the airport. We experienced 2 flight cancellations through Fiji Airways while we were in Fiji but all was sorted out within a few hours by travelonline.com. Clare was brilliant, easy to deal with, responded very promptly and thought of things that I had missed. We will definitely book through this company again, they were fabulous.

Everyone I dealt with were very helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. All my enquires were handled promptly and efficiently. The package I purchased to Phuket was great value and everything was as described.

I would highly recommend using this company to book a holiday. The prices are very competitive and the bonus that can be on offer are a real treat. Using the quote wizard is easy and you can change dates or even extend holiday duration and see the impact on the cost. Your booking is confirmed quicky and you get individual vouchers for your flights, accommodation, transfers and extras. It is great that the company is based in Australia and any questions I emailed were answered promptly. My holiday went smoothly but I am sure if there were any issues my consultant would have been helpful. I look forward to booking my next holiday with them.

Booking process was easy and confirmation quick. All documentation was provided well in advance and was as promised. Local travel was coordinated through MyPuket Holiday and Grace was really good at getting things organised and there were no hiccups at all. She arrived at the hotel when she said she would.

Right from the booking process, communication was excellent and remained so leading up to our departure.
The bonuses and extras were a very pleasant surprise thank you. Organising the shuttle to and from our resort was super helpful. Accessory to Finns and the amazing massages was greatly appreciated. Won't book through any one else again.
