I have used TravelOnline heaps now. It’s easy to book hotels - allows deposit to hold the booking and then full payment closer to the date which is really helpful. You get bonus nights and activities available sometimes as well so it just makes it so easy.

I will definitely book again with travel online and I have already recommended it to my friends. You have made booking my trip easy and stress free by offering accommodation and flight deals and dealing Rhiannon and Maria was fantastic. Great communication and service, everything was made clear to me, all my questions were answered in a timely manner and offering multiple quotes because I couldn’t make up my mind was never a problem. The service was great. I hadn't booked a holiday on line before so I was a bit apprehensive. My Wife had to call up and clarify a couple of things. We spoke to Rachelle and she was very professionally and handled all enquirers like clockwork.

This is the first time that I have used TravelOnline and I will definitely use it again. Bookings were made with efficiency and ease months in advance and clarification of details were prompt and complete. Communication was regular and reminders for payments, departure dates and welcome back emails were appreciated. The price and value of the package we had for Fiji was value for money and the added in massage vouchers were enjoyed with relish. From beginning to end our family holiday was fantastic...Everything went smoothly...Will definitely book with travel online again and have already recommend to family and friends....would like to make a special mention to our driver who was our transfer back to the airport, he was fantastic and made the trip really enjoyable. Ok, so I was sceptical. Booking online isn't usually my thing. But on the recommendation of a friend, I decided to try TravelOnline. I expected to encounter problems and was waiting for them to surface. I was wrong. Very wrong! The service provided by Alisha and the itinerary was perfect. I have never used none other than booking direct or Flight centre. I was concerned booking through an online agent but they came recommended I still had a few worries but they managed to get the hotel I wanted when no one else could. I can not recommend them enough they were helpful, answered my concerns, sent me professional documents and fully delivered on what I purchased. I would not hesitate in booking with them again. I found the service you provided to be excellent, especially as our holiday was booked with very short notice. All team members were very professional and helpful that I dealt with over the phone and via email, responding always very quickly. Thank you again, for everything you did for us and we all had a fabulous time in Phuket. I have already completed the online Centara Kata Resort feedback form when arriving back in Australia praising them overall.
Everything was fantastic, scrumptious food, very accommodating and friendly staff, lovely pools, nice rooms, however we did find it looked dated and would have been more pleasing on the eye when arriving, if it had a fresh coat of paint and the umbrellas were upgraded, as some appeared to have stains on them.

Overall it was a fabulous trip and we also participated in a cooking class in the hotel when it was raining one day which was so much fun for the 5 of us and we'd highly recommend the experience to others. The chefs teach you to cook five different dishes, afterwards you eat them for lunch, receive a wine/drink, apron, hat and CD as part of the experience. It's highly recommended indeed!
