Sometimes difficult to get hold off staff when you had a significant query. One you were able to contact them they were very professional.
The staff in Phuket were excellent, drivers on time and really helpful and friendly.
We have booked a couple of times with Travelonline and all went well.

Michelle is fantastic. She organised our holiday with ease, right down to the finest detail of portacots at each location to help reduce the need for packing 1 more thing. All transfers were prearranged and we literally just had to turn up on the day. Her in-depth knowledge of the pacific is a resource worth tapping into and her professionalism can't be questioned. I would highly recommend both Michelle and Travelonline for future holidays.
Plantation island is definately paradise and somewhere we will continue to come back to in the future.

Very easy process no problems

It was simple and easy....no hassle. Like we wanted for our holiday.

Every thing was perfect. No hiccups at all.

Good value package but quite excruciating to book. Had to keep going backwards and forwards selecting different dates and rooms to see which were included in the "bula bubble" package as this wasn't immediately discernible. Flights sometimes included and other times not.
Also really disappointed that nobody notified us of the change in requirements for PCR from 72 to 48 hours on 01/01/22. Luckily I double checked this myself prior to paying $150 for the PCR. Could have been a disaster had we showed up to the airport with an out of date PCR and not been able to go.

Deals always tend to be hard to beat on travel online. We've booked with them for years for this reason. On this occasion, it took a long while (many days) on a few occasions for travel online to return phone calls, we had to chase them up, and some minor details were incorrect on itineraries received (we had to make an adjustments which lengthened the process). Overall I would book again and recommend on the basis the deals are hard to pass up.
