Great Service with back information , well planned holiday

This is the first time we have used Travelonline.
Very good service and was impressed to receive all of the paperwork on booking.
All our queries were all answered well.
We were impressed that Grace met us at the hotel and explained the tours, pick up etc.
The only trouble we had was trying to upgrade to buisness class on the way home. It took sometime to try and sort it out but there were no seats available at the late stage.
I would certainly recommend Travelonline to out friends.

TravelOnline were easy to deal with. They put together a package for us which was longer than the advertised deal and on different dates. I received fast responses to any queries I had. The flights were on time, no hassles with checkin.

I would recommend

This was our first holiday with Travel Online. An incredibly cheap holiday for 2 weeks flying Singapore Airlines to Thailand, staying in what was a very acceptable resort with breakfast, a half day tour of Phuket and pickups from and to the airport. There had to be a catch at that price and something major would go wrong!!

Not so! Everything worked perfectly. The planes left and arrived on time with our luggage present and undamaged. We were collected at the airport at the start and then from our hotel at the end of the holiday at exactly the time promised. Everything at the resort was as described in the blurb. Good food and a very comfortable room. There was no "funny business" with our credit card and no hidden costs. The included tour was very enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed.

I will almost certainly be using Travel Online again and I am more than happy to recommend this group and yes, this is a genuine review from a real customer, not AI generated.

Travel Online were so quick to provide a quote when I first contacted them. They made sure to understand our requirements and provided two options to consider which I found very helpful. They always responded quickly to any questions I had and the booking process was so easy! We were so happy with the holiday they arranged for us and I definitely recommend using them as it takes all the work and stress out of trying to arrange it yourself.

There were informative emails (and no spam), everything went very smoothly for the trip, it saved us a lot of hassles and was surprisingly even cheaper than booking everything separately, so overall very good value for money!!
